Q: I was a member of the forums but can no longer sign in, why?

A: In order that the forum can run smoothly it is necessary to periodically remove or suspend those members who have not logged onto the forum for a specified period of time, usually 24 months. This action also maintains forum security by reducing the chances of Account Takeover.

Before you try to rejoin the forum, request a new password to be emailed to you. This can be done from the "sign in" page. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours you can assume your record no longer exists and can therefore sign up again.

For information, all members who have not been active prior to 2008 have been removed.
